The online UPS power supply has a complex structure and perfect performance. It can continuously output pure sine wave AC power without interruption, and can solve all power supply problems such as spikes, surges, and frequency drift. It is usually used in critical computers, communication network equipment, and precision instruments that require harsh power. The following describes how the online uninterruptible power supply is switched on and off.

1. Boot for the first time

Switch on in the following order: energy storage battery switch → automatic bypass switch → output switch is set to "ON" in turn.

Press the "ON" button on the UPS startup panel, the uninterruptible power supply system will start slowly, the "inverter" indicator will be on, and after a delay of 1 minute, the "bypass" indicator will go out, and the UPS will switch to inverter power supply to complete the startup.

After no-load operation for about 10 minutes, start the load according to the starting order of the load power from large to small.

2. Daily boot

Just press the "on" button on the UPS panel, and after about 10 minutes, you can turn on the computer or other instruments.

Normally, the power switch of the load equipment can be turned on after the UPS starts to enter stable operation.

3. Shut down

Turn off the computer or other loads first, let the UPS run without load for 10 minutes, and then press the “off” button on the panel after the heat in standby is discharged.

The working principle of online UPS power supply

On-line UPS means that regardless of whether the grid voltage is normal or not, the AC voltage used by the load must pass through the inverter circuit, and the inverter is always in working condition. Therefore, when there is a power failure, the UPS can immediately convert the electric energy stored in its battery into alternating current through the inverter to supply power to the load, thereby achieving the switching goal of zero interruption of the output voltage.

When the mains power is normal, the mains passes through the surge absorption filter circuit → AC conversion DC circuit → DC conversion AC circuit → and converts the AC output to supply the load, and simultaneously charges the battery; once the microprocessor control circuit detects the mains interruption , The battery will be discharged immediately → DC converted to AC circuit → and converted to AC output for use by the load. If the microprocessor control circuit detects a UPS power failure, the UPS power will jump to the bypass (BYPASS) through the relay (RELAY), the load power will be supplied by the mains, and a sound will be issued to warn the user.

Since the inverter is always working, the UPS power supply does not have the problem of switching time, and it is suitable for loads and environments that have strict requirements on the power supply.
